As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll play an important role in keeping workers safe. By making sure our customer vending machines are stocked, organized, and running smoothly, you'll help ensure employees have access to the gloves, safety glasses, and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they need to do their jobs safely - when and where they need it. Your work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is seen every day.

What You'll Do

  • Restock PPE vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized
  • Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed
  • Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines
  • Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service

Schedule

This position supports two customers location and requires service three days per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with service scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM,


The role averages 15–20 hours per week and supports up to 14 PPE vending machines, requiring regular walking throughout the facility between machines. Work hours will be scheduled based on customer needs and site availability.

Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Personal smartphone
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may be noisy or have varying temperatures
  • Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs

Safety Requirements

  • Mandatory PPE is required at customer locations. Magid will provide the required PPE.
  • Must follow all customer-specific safety procedures and site requirements.
