Compensation Breakdown:

  • Earn Up to $24.00 Per Hour Based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week

  • $18.50 per hour Includes:
    • Guaranteed hourly pay
    • Includes $3.00 Network Fee component
    • Paid on every hour worked

    • Hours Worked Bonus
    • $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 36 – 44.99 hours

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

  • You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate

Required Experience & Skills To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:

  • This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
  • Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
  • The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
