Role Description We’re looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Wealth Managers. In this role, you’ll help clients create personalized financial roadmaps, offer guidance on investments and insurance, and provide ongoing support as they work toward their goals. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, work remotely, and build a business that grows with you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with financial planning, protection, and growth strategies
  • Educate individuals and families on insurance, investment, and legacy-building options
  • Stay informed on financial trends, product updates, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced mentors and leverage proven systems
  • Grow a client base while building equity and long-term residual income

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Interest in finance, investments, or insurance (no experience required-training provided)
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build a flexible, impactful career
  • Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule
  • Must be coachable and willing to obtain necessary state licenses
