The Opportunity

This part-time Associate role is ideal for ambitious, service-oriented professionals who want flexible, remote work while developing leadership skills and financial expertise. You will step into a client-facing role where you can make a direct, positive impact on people's financial futuresno prior financial experience required.

You will receive in-house training, coaching, and ongoing support as you learn how to educate clients, develop customized financial strategies, and build a book of satisfied clients and associates. Advancement and compensation are scalable based on your individual goals, giving you the ability to grow from part-time income into a fuller career path if you choose.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trust-based relationships and ensuring their questions and needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Educate individuals, families, and business owners on key financial concepts, including budgeting, debt reduction, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement planning, savings, and estate planning.
  • Work with clients to develop customized financial plans tailored to their unique goals, priorities, and current financial situations.
  • Leverage provided online tools and training to conduct remote client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing support interactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded associates and mentors, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes and grow your own practice.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within the first 36 months, confidently conduct client conversations that clearly explain financial concepts in simple, relatable terms.
  • Develop and maintain a growing base of clients who regularly seek your guidance and refer others based on the quality of your service.
  • Consistently follow through on client action plans, ensuring timely check-ins, plan reviews, and adjustments as their needs evolve.
  • Demonstrate steady personal growth by actively participating in training, applying feedback from mentors, and taking on increasing responsibility in client education and leadership activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in customer service, leadership, coaching, management, education, military, or other service-oriented roles.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to listen, build rapport, and explain information clearly.
  • Genuine desire to help individuals and families improve their financial futures, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, perseverance, and comfort working independently with personalized scheduling in a remote environment.
