🔥 About Us

We are a fast-growing digital talent management agency that works with top-tier OnlyFans creators to drive fan engagement, sales, and long-term brand loyalty. Our team manages social media, campaigns, and customer experience across multiple platforms. We pride ourselves on creativity, performance, and building authentic connections.

We’re expanding our Chat Team to boost fan response times and maximize sales—while keeping the conversation authentic, flirty, and on-brand.

💬 About the Role

As a Remote Chat Agent, you’ll be the digital voice of our creators—responding to fans, building relationships, and generating sales through premium content, pay-per-view messages (PPVs), and upsells.

This is a commission-only contractor position, perfect for self-motivated individuals who love fast-paced chat environments, know how to flirt with finesse, and can sell without sounding salesy.

High performers may also unlock performance bonuses and future opportunities for promotion into hourly or leadership roles within the agency.

  • Follow SOPs and chat standards defined by our Chat Manager

✅ Requirements

  • Fluent English (writing must be top-tier: natural, sexy, confident)

  • Strong sales instincts with a casual, persuasive tone

  • 15–25 hours/week availability (flexible shifts; evenings and weekends prioritized)

  • Stable internet, computer/laptop, and distraction-free environment

  • Comfortable working in adult entertainment and respecting confidentiality

💰 Starting rate: 20% of PPV sales, custom content, and fan tips

🎯 Bonus opportunities based on weekly performance
