Construction Worker
This is a hands-on position and a great fit for someone who knows their way around tools, can troubleshoot problems. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years construction experience! Looking for skilled and experienced construction worker
Responsibilities
- Help set up, organize, maintain, and improve our new manufacturing facility
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and handyman work
- Operate a telehandler to move materials and equipment
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and positioning heavy materials
- Perform basic electrical work and troubleshooting
- Complete carpentry, assembly, and repair work
- Assist with welding and metal fabrication when needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment safely
- Assist our manufacturing and facility teams with projects as needed
- Help keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
- Be willing to jump in and help with whatever needs to get done
What We’re Looking For
- Basic carpentry skills and strong knowledge of common hand and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
- Experience operating a telehandler required
- Welding experience is a plus
- Must be mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Strong focus on safety and getting the job done right
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
