Shi ft : 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm + overtime

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reads work order or pick tickets or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be picked, moved, or processed

  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, forklift, pallet jack, conveyor, or other material handling equipment

  • Loads materials into vehicles and installs banding and stretch wrapping to prevent shifting or damage in transit

  • Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area

  • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet

  • Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information or cases or containers

  • Packs and prepares cartons for shipping to customers

  • Ensures accuracy or order and security of packaging to avoid damage in shipment

  • Operate a pallet jack and forklift on a regular basis

  • Able to meet quality and productivity deliverables

  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

  • The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.

  • The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time .

  • The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

  • High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
