Retail Store Associate Position Overview

Position Details: What You’ll Do:
- Gain a deep understanding of the brand and products to provide solution-focused, friendly service to customers, with their needs at the forefront.
- Integrate personalized service into all interactions, from greetings to fitting room assistance and register transactions.
- Communicate sales and promotions clearly and effectively.
- Recognize the importance of email capture in sales and service and execute according to our standards.
- Be proactive in providing positive solutions to customer issues.
- Answer calls courteously, offering store greetings, directions, and handling customer orders.
- Assist with receiving, processing, and restocking merchandise.
- Keep merchandising, presentation, and display standards high, ensuring the sales floor is always ready for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness standards for the sales area, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality space.
- Process all register transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Pride in a job well done, with a strong sense of responsibility for the store.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Team player attitude.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as directed.
- Able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Environmental Factors:
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours per day.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting, both below waist and above shoulders.
- Repeated hand-to-finger motions and reaching with hands and arms frequently required.
- Lift up to 20 pounds frequently; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend as needed.
- Work in varying temperatures, especially in stockroom areas.
- Computer use required up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
