Embracing a work-from-home model for the entire company, all employees enjoy a better work-life balance through flexible work schedules.We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace, where diversity is celebrated and equal opportunity is the cornerstone of our culture.Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and proactive 'Basecamp Coach' to join our team.This role plays a key part in strengthening our compliance culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring consistent application of Basecamp policies across the organization.The Basecamp Coach will deliver engaging training sessions, provide targeted coaching to employees, and use data-driven insights to guide performance improvement and accountability.Roles & Responsibilities:Deliver impactful training and coaching sessions that reinforce Basecamp principles and standards.Conduct 1:1 coaching interventions with employees who are not meeting Basecamp expectations.Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure consistency in coaching approaches and policy application.Track progress and outcomes of coaching engagements, ensuring measurable improvement.Continuously suggest enhancements to Basecamp materials, methods, and processes.Desired Skills & Experience:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.Proven capability to coach, mentor, and influence others effectively.In-depth understanding of Basecamp policies and compliance standards.Empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive coaching discussions.Ability to transfer knowledge and facilitate learning.Experienced in creating engaging learning experiences that drive results.Understands how adults learn and adopt new habits.Job Details:Type:Full-Time Schedule:Flexible schedule with availability to overlap at least 5 hours during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day.Remote:100% Online. Salary: USD 60000 - 80000 per year
