Ensure workflows and operations run smoothly.</li><li>Collaborate with program leads and domain experts. Translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines for expert teams.</li><li>Onboard and support new experts as the program expands.</li><li>Participate in weekly business reviews. Organize notes and action items. Lead calls when necessary.</li><li>Identify quality issues. Analyze root causes and share findings across teams.</li><li>Contribute to creating and refining project guidelines with research and product partners.</li><li>Flag potential roadblocks early and assist in resolving them.</li><li>Track project deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.</li><li>Stay flexible and adapt as project needs evolve.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Must-Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be based in the USA.</li><li>3+ years in project coordination or project management.</li><li>Experience coordinating large, cross-functional teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects.</li><li>Strong data management experience (Excel, SQL).</li><li>Working knowledge of coding.</li><li>Prior people management experience or ability to lead large groups effectively.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>STEM background strongly preferred.</li><li>Prior project coordination on AI/data programs at organizations like Meta, TikTok, or Amazon.</li><li>Experience on Mercor projects or other AI training projects.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Resources & Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>For details about the interview process and platform information, please check: any help or support, reach out to: support@mercor.com<br><br><br></li></ul><em>PS: Our team reviews applications daily.
