We are currently seeking credentialed technicians with Daytime, evening, and/or overnight availability, with an expectation to work 3-4 shifts per week minimum. Shift duration is generally restricted to no more than 6 hours per day to help support work-life balance.

Our team of Veterinary Telehealth Experts will:

  • Communicate with concerned pet parents 24/7 via phone, e-mail, and live chat, guiding them towards the most appropriate care for their cherished pets.
  • Help to build processes and procedures that will become the gold standard for the new industry that is emerging for veterinary support to consumers.

Job requirements include:

  • You must be a credentialed technician in any US state with at least two year’s experience in a small animal practice (cats and dogs)
  • Access to a computer with high-speed internet (usually only cable or broadband will be sufficiently reliable) and the ability to learn our computer software program to keep written records.
  • Quiet home office space and/or ability to utilize a green screen for video telehealth visits.
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with clients.
  • The willingness to continue learning.
  • The desire to be part of an innovative, forward-thinking team.
  • A relatively flexible schedule and willingness to work as a team.

There’s more to this than meets the eye. The potential for growth is enormous in this emerging industry. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to become part of the first, and largest, pet telehealth company in the US with unlimited potential for career growth!
