Analyst, Bridge Services, Revenue Management-Global (Remote)
Summary
Hyatt is hiring an Analyst for its Global Bridge Services, Revenue Management team. The role configures and audits revenue management systems across global regions and supports revenue managers and hotel teams, especially for new openings and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include setup and configuration of Hyatt’s revenue management system stack for all global regions. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Global Bridge Revenue Managers, and Senior Managers with broader revenue management tasks performed on behalf of Hyatt’s New Opening and Converting hotels
- Daily Reporting
- System auditing and configuration (focused on Reserve, RMT and PrO)
- Providing system knowledge and support to internal Hyatt teams and hotel teams
- Strong desire to evolve and grow in Hyatt’s Revenue Management ecosystem
Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or revenue field
- Knowledge of Reserve and RMT
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge of Hyatt PrO and Opera Cloud
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
