Solar Transfer Specialist (Remote, Part-Time, Flexible Hours) $185k+ OTE

Work from home. Set your own hours. Keep your current job.

No solar experience needed. We train you.

What we actually do
Homeowners in New Jersey and PA are feeling serious pain as their electric bills get higher and higher every year. We utilise both state and federal government incentives to provide people no-upfront cost solar systems and reduce their $400 to $500 electric bills by up to 50% and lock them in at a fixed predictable rate.

What you do
Make 5 minute qualifying calls to NJ and PA homeowners then live transfer to a senior advisor who handles everything from there, you dust your hands and move on to your next conversation.

How you get paid

  • You keep 25% of the commission on every deal you set. In New Jersey right now that averages $2,800 a deal.
  • $20 to $50 every time your transfer turns into a presentation call, whether or not it closes.
  • Most specialists working 3.5+ hours a day set one closed deal a week. That's about $2,800 a week before call pay.
  • Weekly competitions with prizes on top.

How the schedule works

  • Pick your own call blocks, 8am to 8pm ET, 7 Days a Week.
  • Two hours a day earns. Three and a half is where the weekly deals start.
  • Plenty of our people start next to a full-time job and shift over as the deal money grows. The role is built for that.

What you need

  • Laptop or desktop, a headset, a quiet room, solid internet
  • A warm, clear phone voice and the nerve to make calls
  • Two hours a day you can protect

What we give you

  • Word-for-word scripts and Daily live huddles
  • Leads, You never buy leads. You never knock a door.
  • Training and real calls by day two.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
