Social Media Content Repurposing pro

We already have a team creating videos. Your primary responsibility will be maximizing the exposure of that content, adapting it for different platforms, and actively engaging with our audience. Content Repurposing & Software Requirements

We're looking for someone who understands that repurposing content means more than uploading the same video to several platforms.

You should be comfortable with:

CapCut: Trimming, resizing, editing, adding captions, and preparing videos for different platforms.

Canva: Creating Pinterest pins, Facebook graphics, winner announcements, and other visual posts.

Metricool, Buffer, Later, or similar software: Scheduling content across multiple platforms, managing a content calendar, and reviewing analytics.

Meta Business Suite: Managing Facebook content, comments, and performance.

Google Drive: Organizing and accessing our library of approved videos and photos.

Native platform tools: Publishing content directly when third-party scheduling software doesn't support a platform or feature.

We will provide original, watermark-free video files whenever available.

-----------

You should know how to:

Customize captions and descriptions for each platform.

Adjust video dimensions, thumbnails, and formatting when necessary.

Schedule content consistently without duplicating posts.

Test posting times and content variations.

Use platform analytics to identify what performs best.

Organize content so videos are not accidentally reposted repeatedly.

Suggest tools or improvements that make the workflow more efficient.

------------

Weekly Reporting

We expect a simple weekly report covering:

Number of posts published on each platform.

Organic reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.

Best-performing videos and posts.

Facebook Groups and communities engaged with.

Notable brand mentions and customer feedback.

New content opportunities or recommendations.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative and actively looks for ways to improve results.

-----------

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts organically.

Experience repurposing short-form video content across multiple platforms.

Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and social media scheduling software.

Familiarity with Facebook Reels, Snapchat Spotlight, X, and Pinterest.

Excellent written English and natural communication skills.

Experience with Facebook Groups and community engagement.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Interest in gaming, plush toys, collectibles, anime, or arcade entertainment is a plus.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
