We’re here to provide you with a digital platform, mentorship, and the freedom to build something meaningful. Your Core Mission Shape a digital storefront that becomes a go-to destination for purposeful, high-quality digital downloads. Develop compelling listing visuals and mockups that inspire trust and excitement. Customer Experience Respond to customer questions and support requests with kindness and efficiency. Resolve refund and revision requests by understanding user needs, not just policy. Incorporate feedback loops to transform customer insights into improved product iterations. Impact Goals You’ll Own Reach 100+ sales/month within your first quarter. Grow repeat customer rates through continuous product upgrades and thoughtful bundling. Launch seasonal product lines in advance of peak demand, guided by analytics and buyer behavior. Help freelancers, educators, and entrepreneurs save time and elevate their personal brands with your designs. Collaboration & Autonomy You’ll collaborate asynchronously with a small team of fellow creators via Slack, Notion, and Google Drive. We meet monthly to share strategy, trends, and product feedback. You simplify complex layout decisions—whether it’s building a planner or formatting a resume template. You’re equally comfortable brainstorming solo or jumping into feedback threads with teammates. You love watching trends evolve and tweaking your product lineup to stay relevant. You’re energized by the idea of income without borders—working where you live, thriving how you want. Qualifications & Experience Experience with digital design tools (Canva, Adobe, Affinity, or equivalent). Familiarity with Etsy listing best practices, including SEO, tags, and mockups. A portfolio (even small) of digital products you’ve created. Strong written communication—you simplify product usage in 2–3 sentence instructions. Bonus: Prior success on Etsy or any digital marketplace. Work Environment & Culture We believe creative freedom is sacred. You’ll never need to punch a clock or ask for permission to try something new. Our ethos is experimentation with intent—test quickly, learn often, and keep what resonates. We move efficiently, but you’ll always have space to focus intensely. And because we're a remote-first company, our communication is asynchronous by default—with space for thoughtful dialogue, feedback, and humor. Compensation You’ll earn $50,000 annually, with opportunities to grow as your product library expands and your store scales. Performance bonuses and profit-sharing options are available as your contribution grows. We invest in your creative growth—covering tools, mockup software, and premium listings so your ideas never get stuck behind a paywall. Let’s Build Something Purposeful If you’re excited about turning imagination into income—and helping thousands organize their lives or businesses in the process—we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build a digital product empire with heart. Ready to launch your creative freedom from anywhere? Let’s connect.
