Come join us on our journey!<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><strong>Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To<br><br></strong><ul><li> You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance</li><li> You will ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across your region</li><li> You will design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across your region that enhance operational efficiency, as well as manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards</li><li> You will monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with applicable teams to address system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations</li><li> You will travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance within your region<br><br></li></ul>A day in the life<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>As a Regional Area Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments in your region by leading dynamic maintenance teams that ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. In this critical role, you'll develop maintenance strategies, solve complex challenges, and create a supportive work culture that empowers technicians to perform at their best. You will blend strategic planning, hands-on problem-solving, and team leadership. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
