We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced IT consulting and technology delivery professionals with strong expertise in digital transformation, systems integration, managed services, enterprise technology programmes, and complex client engagements.

This role supports advanced AI evaluation work focused on realistic enterprise consulting and technology-delivery scenarios. Selected experts will design complex consulting tasks, develop reference outputs, and create evaluation rubrics that reflect how experienced technology consultants and delivery leaders approach transformation programmes, client governance, procurement, and large-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & IT Strategy

• Develop realistic scenarios involving enterprise digital transformation and technology strategy
• Create tasks covering transformation roadmaps, business cases, technology operating models, and implementation priorities
• Evaluate strategic recommendations for feasibility, business value, and organisational alignment
• Assess trade-offs involving cost, risk, technology capability, and delivery timelines
• Produce reference transformation plans and executive-level recommendations

Systems Integration & Technology Delivery

• Develop scenarios involving complex systems integration and enterprise implementation programmes
• Create tasks spanning platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and comparable enterprise technologies
• Evaluate delivery approaches across architecture, integration, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Assess dependencies, technical risks, and cross-functional delivery challenges
• Produce reference implementation and delivery plans

Managed Services & IT Operations

• Create tasks involving managed services delivery, service management, and operational transition
• Evaluate service models, performance expectations, governance, and delivery quality
• Develop scenarios involving enterprise IT operations and ongoing technology support
• Assess operational risks, service-level considerations, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Produce reference service-delivery strategies and operational recommendations

Client Engagement & Programme Governance

• Develop scenarios involving large-scale client engagements, steering committees, and executive stakeholders
• Create tasks covering governance structures, decision rights, escalation processes, and stakeholder management
• Apply frameworks such as RACI, Agile, SAFe, and enterprise PMO methodologies where relevant
• Evaluate programme governance for clarity, accountability, and delivery effectiveness
• Produce reference engagement plans and executive-level communications

Commercial, SOW & Procurement Management

• Develop scenarios involving statements of work, procurement cycles, engagement scope, and commercial delivery
• Evaluate project scope, assumptions, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
• Create tasks involving vendor selection, contracting considerations, and procurement processes
• Assess commercial and delivery risks within complex consulting engagements
• Produce reference SOW analyses, account strategies, and engagement recommendations

Enterprise Delivery Tools

• Develop scenarios involving Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise PMO platforms
• Apply familiarity with project tracking, service management, collaboration, and enterprise delivery systems
• Structure complex project and programme information into clear professional outputs
• Evaluate technology-enabled workflows across consulting and transformation engagements
• Assess whether delivery approaches appropriately support scale, governance, and stakeholder requirements

AI Evaluation & Rubric Development

• Design expert-level evaluation tasks across IT consulting and enterprise technology workflows
• Draft reference outputs demonstrating authentic senior-level consulting judgement
• Develop rubrics that distinguish professional delivery reasoning from generic framework-based responses
• Review AI-generated outputs for strategic quality, operational realism, and technical relevance
• Identify weak assumptions, incomplete analyses, and unrealistic recommendations
• Provide clear written rationale supporting evaluation decisions

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, systems integration, managed services, technology delivery, or a closely related field
• Experience within a major technology consultancy, systems integrator, enterprise IT organisation, or comparable environment
• Direct ownership of major client engagements, transformation programmes, systems implementations, or managed-services initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise consulting methodologies, programme governance, and technology delivery
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, RACI, business-case development, and PMO frameworks
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
• Practical understanding of statements of work, procurement, commercial governance, and client delivery
• Ability to communicate complex technology and consulting reasoning clearly and precisely in writing
• Experience developing consulting training materials, evaluation rubrics, delivery documentation, or professional enablement content is advantageous

Engagement Details

• Part-time independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Flexible scheduling based on project requirements
• Compensation: $60–$70/hour
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
