Independent Life & Health Insurance Agent — Remote | IUL & Annuity Focus

Breeze Financial Group | Remote — Texas-based

Breeze Financial Group is expanding and looking for motivated Life & Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity designed for licensed agents who want access to quality leads, training, mentorship, technology, and significant earning potential.

Our team specializes heavily in Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and annuities, while also providing clients with life and health insurance solutions based on their individual needs.

What We Offer

  • High-intent, in-house leads — Spend less time prospecting and more time speaking with potential clients
  • Extensive training — Product, sales, and industry training to help you develop your skills
  • Dedicated CRM — Technology and systems to help you organize and manage your pipeline
  • One-on-one mentorship — Personalized coaching and support from experienced agents
  • Uncapped commission potential — Your earning potential is directly tied to your production
  • Significant annuity commissions — Certain annuity cases can generate $50,000+ in commission, depending on the size and structure of the case and applicable carrier compensation
  • Advancement opportunities — Build your production, leadership skills, and career within the organization
  • Fully remote — Work from wherever you are within the United States
  • Access to multiple insurance solutions — IULs, annuities, life insurance, and health insurance

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with prospective clients provided through our lead system
  • Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations with individuals and families
  • Identify client goals and financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on appropriate insurance and retirement-income solutions
  • Present IUL, annuity, life, and health insurance options
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information in our CRM
  • Work with carriers and internal resources to facilitate applications and policy placement
  • Consistently develop your product knowledge and sales skills

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for agents who are:

  • Currently licensed to sell Life & Health insurance, or willing to obtain the appropriate licenses
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
  • Professional and confident communicating with prospective clients
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Interested in building a long-term career in insurance and financial services
  • Comfortable conducting business remotely by phone and video

Insurance sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent agent opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Compensation varies based on products sold, carrier contracts, premium volume, and individual production.

High-value annuity cases can provide substantial commission opportunities, with some cases generating $50,000+ in commission. Actual compensation is dependent on the specific case and applicable carrier compensation schedule.

This is not a salaried or hourly position. Income is performance-based and is not guaranteed.

Why Breeze Financial Group?

We believe agents perform at their highest level when they have the right combination of leads, training, technology, mentorship, and opportunity.

Instead of building your business entirely from cold prospecting, you’ll have access to an established infrastructure designed to help you focus on what matters most: connecting with clients, identifying their needs, and helping them find appropriate solutions.

If you’re an ambitious Life & Health agent looking for a remote opportunity with high earning potential, quality leads, mentorship, and room to grow, we’d like to hear from you.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
