In this role, you will apply your product management expertise to create, evaluate, and benchmark high-quality PM deliverables that reflect the standards expected of experienced product leaders.<br><br>You will design realistic product scenarios and develop <strong>gold-standard deliverables</strong> across PRDs, launch memos, roadmap presentations, executive reviews, strategy documents, and cross-functional briefs. Your expertise will help establish benchmarks for how AI systems reason about product decisions, communicate strategy, and produce professional product documentation.<br><br>No prior AI experience is required—your <strong>product management expertise, strategic reasoning, and ability to produce executive-ready deliverables</strong> are what matter most.<br><br>Scope of Work<br><br><ul><li>Design realistic product management scenarios covering product specifications, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy decisions, and cross-functional communications.</li><li>Create gold-standard PM deliverables that demonstrate senior-level clarity, structure, strategic thinking, and executive readiness.</li><li>Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive presentations, strategy briefs, and product documentation.</li><li>Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, strategic reasoning, and stakeholder clarity.</li><li>Develop detailed rubrics defining objective quality standards for product management communications and deliverables.</li><li>Distinguish between leadership-level work, strong professional drafts, and early-stage or incomplete outputs.</li><li>Identify and annotate common PM failure modes, including vague objectives, weak prioritization, missing tradeoffs, insufficient customer context, and unclear decision-making.</li><li>Evaluate whether product recommendations appropriately balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and organizational priorities.</li><li>Apply established product frameworks to assess strategy, opportunities, prioritization, and solution design.</li><li>Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure task designs reflect authentic, high-impact product management workflows.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Product Management Mastery</li><li>Deck Craft</li><li>Rubric Fidelity</li><li>Product Reasoning</li><li>Technical Writing</li><li>Product Strategy</li><li>PRD Development</li><li>Executive Communication</li><li>Prioritization</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Cross-Functional Communication<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>4+ years of professional Product Management experience, preferably at a major technology company or organization operating at comparable scale.</li><li>Deep ownership of PRDs, product strategy documents, launch materials, roadmaps, executive presentations, and cross-functional briefs.</li><li>Strong command of product management frameworks such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), Opportunity Solution Trees, prioritization frameworks, and related strategic methodologies.</li><li>Exceptional technical writing skills and native-level written English.</li><li>Ability to adapt communication for both technical teams and executive audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with product strategy, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making in high-growth or complex environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer discovery, product-market considerations, experimentation, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.</li><li>Experience establishing quality standards, reviewing PM deliverables, or mentoring product managers is a plus.</li><li>Master's degree, such as an MBA, MS, or related advanced degree, is preferred.<br></li></ul>
