About This Role We are seeking qualified contractors to serve as Dealer Comms Claims Processors, supporting dealership partners by reviewing, troubleshooting, and processing warranty claims for manufacturer reimbursement.

In this role, you will communicate directly with dealership personnel, answer questions, update warranty details, and ensure all documentation meets program requirements. You will apply automotive knowledge, critical thinking, and exceptional customer service skills to accurately process claim submissions and provide personalized assistance.

Remote working hours for this role are Monday–Friday, with an 8‑hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST. Contractors must have reliable internet and the ability to work from a home office environment.

Contractors will be engaged and paid through eTeam, the employer of record for payroll, taxes, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Core Duties Review and process dealership warranty reimbursement claims with accuracy and attention to detail

Receive inbound calls and chats from dealership personnel and end customers, providing clear support and documentation guidance

Communicate corrections, resolve pricing errors, update warranty coverage, and assist with claim entry issues

Conduct outbound calls when additional research is needed to resolve outstanding claim issues

Deliverables or Project Scope Accurately handle all inbound communication from dealerships, ensuring a complete understanding of their concerns and questions

Maintain and update equipment registrations and warranty coverage as required

Utilize internal resources, training materials, and systems to support claim processing and issue resolution

Build strong relationships with dealership partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experience

Collaboration Tools or Platforms

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Internal claim‑processing systems and warranty program platforms
  • Internal training resources and knowledge sites used for research and issue resolution
  • Phone, email, and chat communication channels
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate (bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
  • 3 years Automotive repair experience
  • Must have 1+ years knowledge of the working mechanics of vehicles
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience in a support or service-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vehicle Warranty Knowledge
  • ASE certification is a plus
  • Experience in customer support operations emphasizing automotive service / after sales support
  • Experience as a Warranty administrator within a Dealership environment
  • Provide clear written and oral communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications and basic computer skills

Compensation Disclosure Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer eTeam , and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
