Paid Search & YouTube Manager at Mars Men: 100% Remote (US)

Title: Paid Search & Youtube Manager

Location: United States

Department: Growth

Job Description:

About the Job

Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.

We’re looking for an exceptional Paid Search & YouTube Manager to help scale Mars Men’s next stage of growth. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and day-to-day performance of our Google Ads and YouTube Ads channels, driving efficient customer acquisition while growing revenue and acquisition volume.

You’ll work closely with our Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to translate business goals into campaign strategy, build a structured testing roadmap, and continuously improve performance. This is a role for a highly analytical, hands-on performance marketer who takes ownership of channel results, knows how to turn data into action, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where their work has a direct impact on the business.

What you'll do:

  • Own and scale the day-to-day performance of our Google Ads and YouTube Ads channels, deploying budgets effectively to hit CPA, acquisition volume, and revenue targets while identifying opportunities to scale efficiently.

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies aligned with business goals across keyword targeting, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, campaign structure, and budget allocation.

  • Build and lead a structured testing roadmap across ad copy, creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, using performance insights to continuously improve results.

  • Analyze and optimize full-funnel performance to identify trends, diagnose account inefficiencies, investigate fluctuations in results, and uncover opportunities to improve conversion rates and drive profitable growth.

  • Strengthen measurement and attribution by optimizing conversion tracking, improving signal quality, and partnering with Analytics to ensure accurate reporting and effective performance-based bidding.

  • Collaborate and stay ahead by working closely with Growth and Creative on campaign performance and funnel efficiency while keeping up with changes in search, paid media, and AI-driven advertising.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally at a fast-growing DTC, eCommerce, subscription, or consumer brand, with a track record of improving performance and scaling acquisition.

  • Deep expertise in paid search and Google Ads, with the ability to independently build, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns and translate business objectives into effective channel strategy. Experience with YouTube Ads is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to own performance against CPA and ROAS targets, balancing acquisition volume, revenue growth, and efficiency while making sound decisions about when and where to scale spend.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using GA4, Northbeam, or similar analytics and attribution tools.

  • A deep understanding of conversion tracking and measurement, including attribution, conversion signals, and performance-based bidding, with the ability to identify data quality issues and turn insights into actionable improvements.

  • A strong bias toward ownership and action, with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and move work forward in a fast-paced startup environment.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
