Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Marketing Manager

About this Position

This is a full time marketing position with generous benefits and competitive salary. This position is 100% remote. We will consider candidates from anywhere in the United States and Canada.

This role will develop a marketing strategy for our paid social ads and optimize our Facebook and Instagram evergreen ad campaigns throughout the year to ensure sustained growth and performance, particularly during Q4.

  • Proven ability to scale B2C ad campaigns at a national level for tours, activities, and/or small AOV items
  • Preferably for a tour company, destination marketing organization (DMO), experience with low margin products
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, optimizing, and reporting on Facebook Ads campaigns with more than a $40,000 per month ad spend
  • Experience directing the creation of ad copy, imagery, and funnels
  • Ability to lead the entire account strategy and help grow our ads team
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly-organized personality
  • Ability to carefully analyze performance data and provide insights to the team
  • Experience working with a fully remote team
  • Strong understanding of the conversion funnel process
  • Strong in-account organization ability

Position Description

  1. Ad Account Strategy (30%)
  2. Take control of and lead all Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for Let’s Roam and our sister brands, including but not limited to audience research, creation of ad copy, audience targeting, and more
  3. Develop new evergreen campaigns with long-term scalability and ROAS in mind
  4. Day-to-day Ads Management (35%)
  5. Monitor and optimize bidding strategies and keywords to maintain positive ROAS
  6. Provide recommendations on budget changes
  7. Monitor performance and activate/deactivate campaigns and ads as needed to ensure positive ROAS
  8. Ensure our account campaign structure is sound
  9. Creative Recommendations (25%)
  10. Recommend new page designs and lead contractors to create effective landing pages, ad graphics, and videos that convert.
  11. Create new sale messaging and direct new landing page creation
  12. Work directly with our graphic designer to ensure streamlined creation of new ad creative
  13. Source new UGC/influencer content to enhance and optimize our ad campaigns.
  14. Reporting (10%)
  15. Report on campaign performance regularly
  16. Look for optimizations and new strategies
