Head of Growth (Beauty, Wellness & Fashion Brands - Remote)

TNGE is a founder-led performance and brand agency for beauty, wellness and fashion brands. We're growing fast, because most agencies do one thing well: performance shops optimise ROAS without understanding what sells a beauty brand, and creative agencies make beautiful work they can't measure. We do both, and our clients don't have to choose.

We're hiring our first Head of Growth.

You'll own paid, CRO and CRM across our client portfolio and build the function: how we plan campaigns, how we build them and how we report. As the accounts grow, you'll build the team around you.

This is a hands-on role. You'll run campaigns yourself in Meta and Google Ads, work in GA4, Klaviyo and Shopify, and collaborate with our creative strategists and content leads.

Your responsibilities

  • Paid social: Full campaign management on Meta and TikTok. Setup, structure, budget pacing, audience and retargeting architecture, creative rotation, A/B testing and scaling decisions.
  • Paid search: Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. Campaign structure, keywords, feed quality, bidding and budget allocation.
  • CRM and lifecycle: Email and SMS programmes in Klaviyo. Flow architecture, segmentation, campaign calendar, testing and revenue contribution.
  • Conversion optimisation: Landing pages and shop optimisation from first click to checkout, including CRO testing, funnel and offer strategy.
  • Analytics and measurement: Tracking setup, GA4, pixel and conversion API, UTM structure, attribution and reporting.
  • Creative briefing: You tell the creative team what paid needs in terms of angles, hooks and formats, and review the work before it goes live.
  • Client ownership: Senior stakeholders, weekly calls, strategy presentations and the commercial conversations that come with them.
What we're looking for
  • Several years running paid for DTC or consumer brands, hands-on, with full accountability for the performance.
  • Full-stack across paid social, paid search, CRM, CRO and analytics.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience, or equivalent (Braze, Bloomreach, Emarsys)
  • A strong eye for design. You care how the work looks, not only how it performs, and you can explain the difference between an ad that reads premium and one that doesn't
  • Confident with senior clients and comfortable leading meetings
  • Experience in beauty, wellness or fashion
  • Structured, analytical, and obsessed with testing
Nice to have
  • German and/or French language skills
  • Premium or luxury experience in beauty, wellness and fashion
What we offer
  • Work with some of the most exciting names in beauty, wellness and fashion: fast-scaling DTC brands and iconic houses with the budgets and reach to match
  • A team of genuinely talented, driven people who care about the work and move quickly
  • Real ownership. You make the decisions on your accounts, you work directly with the founders, and there's no layer between an idea and it going live
  • The chance to build the growth function from the ground up, and a team around it
  • Fully remote, permanent and full-time. Work from wherever you're at your best

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
