Technical Training Senior Analyst
This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>Evernorth Workplace Care is seeking a <strong>Credentialed Epic Trainer</strong> with certification in <strong>Ambulatory</strong> and <strong>Patient Access</strong> modules to support our clinical and coaching teams. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that empower staff to use Epic effectively and confidently. The trainer will lead virtual and facilitator-led sessions, support onboarding, and maintain training materials in alignment with system upgrades and workflow enhancements. The ideal candidate is a <strong>self-starter</strong>, a <strong>collaborative team player</strong>, and someone who thrives working <strong>autonomously</strong> in a fast-paced healthcare environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Training Delivery & Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver Epic training to onsite coaches and clinical staff through virtual platforms and facilitator-led sessions.</li><li>Facilitate interactive Q&A sessions and provide supplemental training to reinforce learning.</li><li>Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Epic users post-training.</li><li>May include travel opportunities to support in-person training for client installations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Curriculum Development & Maintenance<br><br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with the Lead Trainer to design, update, and maintain Epic training curriculum.</li><li>Ensure training materials reflect current workflows, system enhancements, and best practices.</li><li>Create job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning content tailored to user roles.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Onboarding & Staff Development<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist in onboarding new staff by providing role-specific Epic training.</li><li>Monitor training progress and ensure timely completion of required modules.</li><li>Provide feedback and coaching to reinforce Epic proficiency.<br><br></li></ul><strong>System Enhancements & Upgrades<br><br></strong><ul><li>Participate in Epic upgrade planning, testing, and go-live support.</li><li>Contribute to discussions around system improvements and workflow optimization.</li><li>Update training materials and delivery methods to reflect new Epic functionality.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Collaboration & Continuous Improvement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner with IT, clinical operations, and other stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.</li><li>Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.</li><li>Stay current with Epic updates, certification requirements, and training methodologies.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access.</li><li>Experience delivering Epic training in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with virtual training platforms and instructional design tools.</li><li>Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning development.</li><li>Prior involvement in Epic upgrade cycles or system enhancement projects.</li><li>Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access.<br><br></li></ul>Tundra Technical Solutions (the operator of this Talent Community) is a global leader of contingent talent services.
