As a Solution Architect, you'll directly influence project outcomes, ensuring solutions are not only built to specification but also seamlessly adopted by Sitetracker users. You'll dive into diverse industries and complex technical challenges, seeing your designs come to fruition and make a tangible impact on customer success.

What You'll Do

As a Solution Architect, you'll be instrumental in translating complex customer requirements into robust, scalable, and adoptable technical solutions. You'll drive the architecture of enterprise-level systems, ensuring every detail aligns with both customer needs and Sitetracker's platform best practices. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and adoption, as you oversee the journey from concept to go-live and beyond. This role empowers you to influence strategic technical direction, enhance organizational delivery quality, and elevate Sitetracker's standing as a trusted partner.

The Skills You'll Have

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design solution architecture for at least one end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
  • Document designs through comprehensive diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Break down complex requirements into system components
  • Architect multi-system or enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units.

Discovery & Requirements Translation

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to capture precise business needs.
  • Document business requirements in a structured and actionable way.
  • Validate requirements against platform capabilities, identifying potential gaps or risks during discovery.
  • Independently lead multi-day workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Reframe vague customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive solution development.

Technical Leadership & Build Oversight

  • Review build work diligently, ensuring strict alignment with your solution designs.
  • Provide clear build guidance and answer complex technical questions for delivery teams.
  • Document best practice configuration approaches to standardize excellence.
  • Act as a technical authority across multiple parallel projects.
  • Introduce reusable frameworks or technical standards that elevate the entire delivery team's capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Present compelling solution designs and their rationale to diverse business and technical stakeholders.
  • Articulate trade-offs and platform limitations in plain language, fostering clear understanding.
  • Present to executives and influence design direction with confidence and clarity.
  • Travel may be limited; however, occasional travel is required for this role based on customer and business needs.
  • Proactively surface risks before they become issues. Suggest actionable mitigation plans.

Within 90 Days, You'll

  • Become an expert in Sitetracker technical design, as well as the key value drivers for Sitetracker’s customer verticals.
  • Own the solution design for core Sitetracker functionality across multiple projects.
  • Begin establishing trust with customers as a knowledgeable technical authority on Sitetracker, providing clear guidance and rationale.

Within 180 Days, You'll

  • Lead the design across full end-to-end projects, including customer-specific extensions of standard product functionality.
  • Prescribe industry best practices as a trusted consultant within at least one of Sitetracker’s target verticals.
  • Proactively identify and introduce reusable patterns or best practices that enhance organizational efficiency and elevate overall delivery quality.

Within 365 Days, You'll

  • Design multi-system technical solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Deliver presentations of design decisions and completed system build to executive stakeholders.
  • Independently lead multi-day discovery or design workshops with a wide variety of customer business and tehcniacl stakeholders.
