Social Media and Marketing Assistant (Freelance)
<p>The Modern Media Group is a boutique marketing firm working with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and CPG brands, and I'm looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join the team.</p><p><br></p><p>The work is creative, hands-on, and fast-moving. If you live on Pinterest and Instagram, notice a good shot, and can run your own workload without being chased, you'll fit right in.</p><p><br></p><p>What you'll do:</p><p>• Plan and create social content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok</p><p>• Write captions and schedule posts</p><p>• Track metrics and share insights</p><p>• Build and engage online communities</p><p>• Support influencer and UGC campaigns</p><p>• Help with blog posts and monthly reporting</p><p>• Join weekly calls to brainstorm content and strategy</p><p><br></p><p>What we're looking for:</p><p>• Strong knowledge of social platforms and current trends</p><p>• Canva skills and a good eye for design</p><p>• Creative, polished writing</p><p>• Experience with Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite</p><p>• Organized, reliable, and self-directed, with clear communication</p><p><br></p><p>What you get:</p><p>• Flexible hours, roughly 6-8 per week, on your own schedule</p><p>• Pay: $22-$24/hr</p><p>• Room to grow into more responsibility as we do</p><p>• A supportive team that doesn't micromanage</p><p><br></p><p>To apply, send your resume, a portfolio or examples of your work (Canva designs, content you've created, or accounts you've managed), and a short note on why you'd be a great fit.</p><p><br></p><p>Learn more about us:
