As a Work From Home Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls supporting customers across Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella insurance policies. Your focus will be delivering accurate, empathetic service while helping customers understand their coverage and resolve policy questions with confidence. This role is about education, not pressure. You will offer thoughtful, needs based coverage recommendations that genuinely fit each customer's situation. Here is how you get started: While completing your licensing requirements, you will begin by supporting billing inquiries. Once licensed, you transition into full policy servicing and coverage support. Foundever covers every step of the licensing journey including pre-licensing preparation, exam fees, and background checks. To set yourself up for success, you will need a quiet, dedicated workspace at home where you can stay focused during training and customer calls. Once you are in your role, you can expect to use it for team check ins, one on ones, and team activities as well. - A personal computer, laptop, or compatible tablet during College of Insurance training Licensing Requirements Foundever covers everything you need to get licensed including pre-licensing training and exam prep, testing and licensing fees, and required background checks. Please note that travel to testing or fingerprinting locations may be required, and a valid state issued photo ID is needed to complete this process. Schedule and Training Hours Hours of Operation - Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.-10 p.m. ET (7 a.m.-9 p.m. CT) - Saturday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m. ET (7 a.m.-7 p.m. CT) - Sunday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m. ET (10 a.m.-4 p.m. CT) Shifts may include evenings and weekends. All shifts are scheduled within our hours of operation, and schedules are shared in advance so you can plan accordingly.
