Delta Air Lines is seeking passionate, service-driven individuals to join its Remote Customer Service Agent team. In this role, you will be the trusted voice that Delta passengers count on when they need help with bookings, travel disruptions, account support, and more. You will represent Delta from home — with all the training, tools, and team support needed to deliver the gold-standard service Delta is known for.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound passenger calls and resolve requests for Delta flight reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently
  • Rebook affected passengers during flight disruptions with speed, accuracy, and sincere empathy for travel stress
  • Process refund requests, travel credit issuances, and passenger compensation for documented service failures
  • Resolve SkyMiles account inquiries including missing mileage credits, status challenges, and award travel support
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Delta flight schedules, fare rules, and travel documentation
  • Ensure every passenger interaction ends with the customer feeling heard, valued, and satisfied with the resolution

Requirements

  • High school diploma — one or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Empathetic, professional phone manner with clear, confident English communication at all times
  • Strong ability to work across multiple systems and input information accurately while maintaining natural conversation
  • Dedicated, quiet home office with personal computer, USB headset, and wired internet at 25+ Mbps minimum
  • Flexible availability — rotating shifts including evenings and weekend coverage required
  • Willingness to complete Delta's full paid training program before handling live passenger contacts

Pay and Benefits
