Regulatory Relations Manager

This individual will be responsible for developing regulatory strategies and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations – both proactively and in response to changes in the market.The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the relevant regulatory regimes, and an ability to interpret and apply those regimes to the business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally. Monitor and assess the impact of changing regulations on the business and proactively implement strategies to ensure compliance. Interpret and apply relevant regulatory regimes to the business. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulators to ensure ongoing compliance. Participate in internal and external meetings to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory issues. Develop and deliver regulatory-related training to internal stakeholders. Prepare regulatory reports and other compliance documents.
