PT HR Manager- remote
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a broad range of people operations in Minnesota daily 4 hours per day. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can balance employee support, day-to-day HR administration, and talent acquisition while helping maintain efficient processes. The role will work across core HR functions, including benefits coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems support, to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide employees and managers on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and resolution of employee relations matters.
- Oversee daily human resources operations, including documentation, record maintenance, and support for standard HR processes.
- Coordinate benefits-related activities such as enrollment support, employee communication, and issue resolution during open enrollment periods.
- Manage onboarding activities to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization and complete required employment steps.
- Support recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring teams, coordinating candidate movement, and helping maintain an effective hiring process.
- Maintain and update HRIS records to promote data accuracy, reporting reliability, and efficient access to employee information.
- Assist with compliance-focused HR practices by ensuring personnel actions and records align with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide operational support for HR-related changes, including updates tied to internal systems or workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management with strength across employee relations and HR administration.
- Working knowledge of benefits processes, including employee support and open enrollment coordination.
- Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms to manage employee records and support reporting needs.
- Background in onboarding and corporate recruiting within a structured business environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and exercise sound judgment in employee matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for partnering effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Well-organized approach to managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative details in a fast-paced setting.
