Job Description:
As part of this growing sales organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Proposal & Technical Writing Contractor (20hrs per week) to support deal capture, revenue growth, and customer engagement initiatives.This role is uniquely split:
- 50% Proposal Development – Supporting RFP/RFI responses, sales proposals, and customer-facing documentation
- 50% Technical Writing – Developing clear, structured, and accurate technical documentation for internal and external audiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our Senior Sales Proposal Manager, Sales Enablement Team, Public Sector Sales Leadership, and Solution Engineering
- Lead and support responses to Public Sector and Government RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical content to support sales and custom
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or similar roles.
- Proven success responding to RFPs in complex B2B environments.
- Strong ability to synthesize technical information into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand written content for a range of audiences.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
