Join us in helping Gainwell serve Medicaid members and providers by creating and delivering industry leading learning initiatives.<br><br><strong>For those selected for an interview, each candidate must provide a work product presentation during the interview phase that is no more than 10 minutes long.<br><br></strong><strong>Your role in our mission<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and general training for other departments such as Claims and Provider Enrollment. </li><li>Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. </li><li>Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs. </li><li>Design visually engaging and interactive training material and presentations for learners that meets modern adult learning principles and varied learning needs. </li><li>Collaborate with LKI training team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly. </li><li>Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership. </li><li>Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Three (3) or more years of experience as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator. </li><li>Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment. </li><li>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques. </li><li>Demonstrable curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design skills. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Should Expect In This Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strict, and sometimes, tight deadlines for new business</li><li>Remote opportunity with up to 25% travel required<br><br></li></ul>This posting will accept applications until 9/28/2026.<br><br>The pay range for this position is $70,304 - $79,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
