The Opportunity<br><br>As a Physical Security and Risk Mitigation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will focus on identifying and analyzing potential threats to an organization's security, as well as managing vulnerabilities to prevent cyber attacks. This role is integral to protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies.<br><br>As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
