Key Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ inbound and outbound customer interactions per shift via phone, chat, or digital messaging platforms.
- Provide empathetic, accurate assistance on card activations, reward redemptions, payment processing, lost or stolen card reporting, and APR or statement inquiries.
- Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary systems, standard screens, and verbatim scripts to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document each interaction meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk‑management policies.
- Escalate high‑risk or complex cases to senior management promptly, maintaining a clear line of communication throughout the escalation process.
