Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients during the night shift. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Live Chat Support: Respond to incoming chat inquiries from existing customers and potential prospects across our website and social media channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical and account‑related problems, escalating complex issues to senior specialists when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s product suite, including new releases and feature updates.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience that encourages loyalty and upsell opportunities.
  • Documentation: Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system, capturing key details for future reference and analytics.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest enhancements to improve support efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly huddles and knowledge‑sharing sessions with fellow support agents and product teams.

Essential Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running, even if they have no prior experience in customer support. The following are must‑have qualifications:

  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Device capable of accessing live chat platforms (laptop, desktop, or tablet).
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with a flexible schedule.
  • Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week during overnight hours (typically 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. local time).
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers, email, and chat software.

Preferred Qualifications

While we welcome fresh talent, the following attributes will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or help‑desk role.
