About This Opportunity Responsibilities As a UX Manager you will manage a team of UX designers focused on building the next wave of innovative products and services.UX Manager will be partnering with R&D Product and Technology leaders to define and drive high quality design deliverables across the product design initiatives.Key Responsibilities and Duties :Provide UX program oversight of all the R&D innovation space initiatives Lead a group of UX designers, inspire and mentor them, serve as a champion of their work, guide them, and elevate their efforts to the next level Collaborate with key stakeholders, product, and technical leaders to gain alignment and shared understanding of the product vision and key goals Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of the 7-Eleven customer experience Partner with key stakeholders, product, and technical leaders to gain alignment and shared understanding of the product around its vision and key goals Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and articulate risks, trade-offs, and recommend priorities based on balancing customer needs, business needs and technical constraints Gather feedback from others, and provide coaching and mentoring of direct reports Qualifications Qualifications and Skills :Creative problem solver who leans into collaboration to create delightful experiences Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leadership expectations Strong expertise of the user-centered design process, methods, principles, and skills Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills Knowledge and understanding of Agile, Lean UX and Mobile First Proficient in all areas of UX design including interaction design information architecture, visual design prototyping and user research Experience working on a product from inception to shipment Solid proficiency in design, prototyping and collaboration tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe suite, and Miro Degree will preferably be in HCI or Computer Science.Experience will be considered in lieu of degree #LI-NS1 #LI-TH1 #DCE-THA #DICE INDSJ711IT.
