Security Concierge Officer

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
Schedule: Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Saturday through Tuesday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Security Concierge Officer to provide exceptional service and security at an upscale residential property in Dallas. This position requires a polished individual who can seamlessly balance customer service, security operations, and resident relations in a luxury residential environment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere while protecting residents, guests, and property assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality while maintaining security protocols.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems to identify and respond to unusual or suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine interior and exterior building patrols and safety inspections.
• Control access to the property and verify visitor credentials as required.
• Document incidents, daily activity reports, and security observations accurately and professionally.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and resident concerns.
• Coordinate with property management, vendors, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of building operations and report maintenance, safety, or security issues.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with residents and guests.

Qualifications

Required

• Prior security, concierge, hospitality, residential, hotel, or customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and ability to wear a business suit while on duty.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including email and report writing.
• Experience monitoring CCTV systems.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and conduct building tours/patrols.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Preferred

• Experience working in a luxury residential, corporate, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment.
• Knowledge of access control systems and security technology.
