About the Team You will join a team of 23 professionals working on human resources projects. The team collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver projects on time and maintain high standards of work. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Coordinate training and professional development programs Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion What We Offer $65,556 – $65,556 per year Health and wellness benefits Retirement savings plans Paid time off and holiday schedul
