Customer Experience Concierge – American Express (Amex)

Responsibilities

The role of the Part Administration Professional (MSP) is to deliver world‑class service to American Express Centurion Club guests located in the Philadelphia Global Air Terminal. MSPs are the face of American Express to our clients, representing the brand and ensuring guests receive personalized travel, card, concierge and lifestyle services. MSPs act as experts, matching products and services to guests’ needs and building long‑term relationships with Amex Cardholders.

• Invite and provide access to our Cardholders upon arrival
• Take full responsibility for the client’s experience from start to finish
• Develop creative solutions to guests’ issues or concerns to maintain brand loyalty
• Apply a Client‑First mindset to address guests’ needs and expectations
• Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations
• Provide travel scheduling and low‑cost reservation support
• Collaborate with our food & beverage partners to meet guests’ needs

Qualities and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• At least 1 year of experience servicing high‑net‑worth clients
• Preferred experience in carrier, travel or hospitality industry (travel reservation experience desirable)
• A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills, delighting the client in every interaction
• Ability to assess client needs and propose relevant solutions for high satisfaction
• Professionalism, positive attitude and composure in all interactions
• Dependable teamwork in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment
• Adaptability to resolve issues quickly to keep Cardholders engaged
• Tech‑savvy, able to reference the web while providing in‑person service
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Possibility of handling light lifting for certain tasks

Compensation

Compensation Reach: $20.00 to $33.65 hourly + rewards + benefits. Final compensation is based on location, experience, and role‑related factors.
