Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Product Quality Reviewer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating product listings, customer feedback, and review patterns to ensure compliance with Amazons quality standards. This position plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining trust in our platform. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify product issues and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product listings, descriptions, and images for quality assurance and accuracy.

• Analyze customer feedback and report inconsistencies or violations of Amazons policies.

• Identify counterfeit products, misleading information, or defective items.

• Work closely with internal teams to flag high-risk listings or sellers.

• Ensure product reviews adhere to Amazons community guidelines.

• Track quality metrics and generate routine reports on product trends and common issues.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to product integrity.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Proficient computer literacy and ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM tools.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to make sound judgments independently while adhering to company guidelines.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in product reviewing, quality assurance, content moderation, or a similar role preferred.

• Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms is desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Flexible working schedule available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (based on your time zone)

• Some weekend availability may be required depending on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of e-commerce best practices and product lifecycle management.

• Ability to assess customer sentiment and detect fraudulent activities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.

• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
