4 - Nights & Weekends Remote ServiceTitan Experienced CSR Part-Time

You're not looking for another remote CSR job where you're just answering phones and getting micromanaged.

You want nights and weekends that move fast, where your ServiceTitan skills actually matter.

You want to book real opportunities, solve real problems, and be part of a team that respects experience.

If you've got 2+ years as a proven CSR and know ServiceTitan, this could fit.

Who We Are

Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified Call Center providing fractional remote customer service for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors.

For you, that means this 4 - Nights & Weekends Remote ServiceTitan Experienced CSR Part-Time role isn't random call center work. It's a chance to use human skill and AI-driven efficiency to help home service companies stay responsive when their customers need them most.

What You'll Be Doing

Your shift will feel busy in the best way. Calls come in after hours and on weekends. People need help now. You'll be the calm voice who listens, solves, and turns urgency into booked opportunities.

You'll work inside ServiceTitan, manage incoming calls and interactions, and help contractors stay focused on the field while you protect the customer experience. When you do this well, families get help faster and clients trust us more.

This role matters because you're not just covering phones. You're the person keeping things moving when others clock out. If you love momentum, ownership, and the win that comes from a well-handled conversation, you'll feel it here.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.

The process:

  • Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min)
  • You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!).
  • We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
  • You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $16-$20 per hour for 24-40 hours per week. There's also a $500 bonus opportunity after the New Hire Introductory Period, plus paid training, sick time, holiday time, and birthday time.

Why Work With Us

This is a strong fit if you like being proactive, solving problems before they grow, being transparent, and working like a true team player. Leadership matters here too. Not title-chasing. Real leadership in how you show up.

You'll work with a team of customer service professionals in a supportive, growth-driven environment. You'll also get professional development opportunities and referral bonuses.

This is not for someone who wants an easy shift, hates fast-paced after-hours work, or needs constant hand-holding. Nights and weekends need someone steady, sharp, and ready to contribute.

Who We're Looking For

You'll thrive here if you're already a proven CSR, know ServiceTitan, and genuinely care about making each interaction count. You know how to stay calm, move fast, and turn conversations into booked opportunities without sounding robotic.

  • You have 2+ years of CSR experience.
  • You have ServiceTitan expertise.
  • You do well in fast-paced after-hours and weekend environments.
  • You're proactive, transparent, and a problem solver.
  • You're a team player who brings leadership through your actions.
  • You should not apply if you're brand new, uncomfortable with urgency, or looking for a low-accountability role.

If you're ready to put your experience to work where it actually counts, apply now. Strong nights and weekend CSRs don't stay available for long.
