This role combines workout programming, coach education, content development, and operational support while helping improve systems and workflows through technology and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate brings strong exercise science knowledge, programming expertise, and the ability to create coach-friendly training experiences that drive member engagement and business results. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) Workout Programming & Design Design and maintain scalable programming for small group training and personal training programs Develop specialty programs, workout templates, coach notes, and training resources aligned with brand standards Revise and improve workouts based on testing, feedback, and performance insights Ensure programming reflects sound exercise science, movement quality, safe progression, and member accessibility Coach Education & Support Create coach education materials including online courses, operational guides, webinars, e-learning content, and onboarding resources Build tools and systems that support consistent workout delivery across clubs Collaborate with coaches, franchisees, and internal teams to improve programming adoption and usability Content, Systems & Innovation Manage exercise libraries, workout assets, and programming content within internal systems Improve workflows and operational efficiency through automation and AI-supported tools Support digital fitness platforms and scalable programming systems Collaboration & Coaching Deliver training sessions weekly at reputed company headquarters gym to maintain hands-on coaching experience Support cross-functional fitness, education, and operational initiatives Contribute to special projects, events, and future programming innovation Qualifications 3+ years of fitness industry experience with workout programming responsibilities Experience designing workouts delivered by other personal trainers Strong understanding of exercise science, program design, and functional training principles Experience creating coach-facing education or operational resources Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent) Experience with digital fitness tools, programming systems, or AI-supported workflows preferred Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Experience supporting franchise or multi-unit fitness operations Experience working in fitness facilities Experience developing exercise libraries, visual workout assets, or e-learning content What Success Looks Like High-quality, scalable programming that is easy for coaches to deliver Strong coach adoption and consistent member experience across clubs Improved operational efficiency and streamlined programming systems Positive impact on member engagement, retention, and club performance Salary Range: $70k - $80k What’s in it for you?
