Warm Family looking for Helper ( From Davao City)

Hey there!

We're a Filipino family living in Yishun, Singapore, and we're on the lookout for a fantastic helper to join our little household. We want to share a bit about us and what we're hoping for in a helper.

About Us: We're a small, cheerful family who values warmth, respect, and close family bonds. Our family includes me (working in IT), my husband, our lively 1-year-old son, and my brother. My husband travels a lot for work, so he's in and out of Singapore. Our son is super curious and full of energy, and we need someone who can keep up with him and help him grow in a loving environment.

We live in a cozy 2-bedroom HDB flat in Yishun. It's not huge, but it's filled with laughter and support.

What We're Looking For: We want a helper who can become a part of our family for the long term. Someone loving, trustworthy, and responsible, with a positive attitude. Open communication and honesty are really important to us.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Caring for Our Son: Your main job will be to look after our 13-month-old son. This includes preparing his meals, bathing him, playing with him, and making sure he's safe and happy.
  • Cooking: We love home-cooked food, especially Filipino cuisine. If you can cook, that's great! We're also open to trying new dishes.
  • Household Chores: We need help with general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and other daily tasks. Our home isn't big, so the workload is manageable.

Why Join Us?

  • Respect and Care: We believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect. Your welfare and happiness are important to us.
  • Stable and Supportive Environment: We appreciate hard work and dedication and aim to provide a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Opportunities for Learning and Growth: We're supportive of learning new skills and personal development.
  • Fair Compensation and Benefits: We offer fair pay, proper rest days, and respect your rights and entitlements.
  • Cultural Connection: As a Filipino family, we understand and respect Filipino culture and traditions. You'll find comfort in familiar food, language, and customs.

Living Arrangements: You'll have your own cozy space in our home. We'll make sure you have privacy and comfort.

Special Consideration: We're prioritizing applicants from Davao City or other parts of Mindanao. We value cultural familiarity and want to extend this opportunity to those from our home region.

Hope this gives you a good idea of what we're looking for. If you're interested, we'd love to hear from you!
