<h1>Warehouse Operator – Overnight 7-on/7-off Schedule</h1> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $20.00 (based on experience)<br /> <strong>Employment Type:</strong> Temp-to-Perm<br /> <strong>Schedule:</strong> Overnight, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.<br /> <strong>Work Rotation:</strong> Seven days on, followed by seven days off</p> <h2>Position Overview</h2> <p>We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused <strong>Warehouse Operator</strong> to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role involves receiving, documenting, preparing, packaging, and shipping products, as well as operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.</p> <p>The position will begin with an initial training schedule of approximately <strong>8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday</strong>. After training, hours will gradually expand into 12-hour shifts as the employee transitions to the permanent <strong>6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., seven-days-on/seven-days-off schedule</strong>. The timing of each transition will depend on the client’s training capabilities and business needs.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> </p> <li>Follow all on-site food safety, health and safety, GMP, and PPE requirements.<br /> </p> <li>Work safely in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.<br /> </p> <li>Operate forklifts to move palletized products, totes, and other materials.<br /> </p> <li>Operate material-handling equipment for product movement.<br /> </p> <li>Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.<br /> </p> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.<br /> </p> <li>Receive and document bulk and palletized shipments.<br /> </p> <li>Inspect incoming packages for damage, discrepancies, or improper documentation.<br /> </p> <li>Inspect incoming bulk tankers for proper washing and required documentation.<br /> </p> <li>Prepare, document, and ship transfer trucks containing bulk and palletized products.<br /> </p> <li>Document shipments in an organized and efficient manner.<br /> </p> <li>Use email to communicate with the operations team.<br /> </p> <li>Print documentation and labels for order preparation and batch manufacturing.<br /> </p> <li>Package and label 55-gallon drums and product totes.<br /> </p> <li>Prepare pallets of 55-gallon drums using steel straps and shipping labels.<br /> </p> <li>Set up bulk liquid transfers using hoses and pumps in a safe and efficient manner.<br /> </p> <li>Blend products in tanks, totes, and drums using multiple liquid and solid components measured according to batch tickets.<br /> </p> <li>Clean up spills using absorbent pads and sump pumps.<br /> </p> <li>Collect product samples to support formulation and quality activities.<br /> </p> <li>Perform other warehouse and manufacturing support duties as assigned. </ul> <h2>Qualifications and Skills</h2> <ul> </p> <li>Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.<br /> </p> <li>Forklift experience or certification preferred.<br /> </p> <li>Ability to follow safety procedures, written instructions, batch tickets, and shipping documentation.<br /> </p> <li>Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.<br /> </p> <li>Ability to use email and print documents and labels.<br /> </p> <li>Strong organizational and documentation skills.<br /> </p> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of an operations team.<br /> </p> <li>Willingness to work overnight 12-hour shifts and a seven-days-on/seven-days-off rotation.<br /> </p> <li>Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.<br /> </p> <li>Ability to lift up to <strong>50 pounds</strong>.<br /> </p> <li>Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workplace. </ul> <h2>Why Consider This Opportunity?</h2> <ul> </p> <li>Temp-to-perm opportunity.<br /> </p> <li>Consistent overnight schedule once fully transitioned.<br /> </p> <li>Seven days off every other week.<br /> </p> <li>Opportunity to grow with a manufacturing and warehouse operations team. </ul> <p>10400171</p>
