Warehouse Lead - Recycling 11am Start

<p><b><u>Job Title:</u></b></p><p>Recycling Lead</p><p></p><p><b><u>Job Overview</u></b></p><ul><li>Partner with Maintenance/Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob’s business plan are considered and followed</li><li>Thoroughly understand Bob’s Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy</li><li>Mentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and material handling practices</li><li>Provide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associates</li><li>Sort materials, operate forklift, and clamp trucks</li><li>Delegate tasks and follow up</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Schedule: </b>Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed), 11:00am Start time</p><p></p><p><b><u>What You’ll Bring to Bob’s</u></b></p><p>At Bob’s Discount Furniture, we value the unique skills and experiences that each candidate brings.
