Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. - Pay-$17- Weekly- Every Friday!
- 1 hour Lunch- 2 -15 minute breaks
- Monday-Friday- 8am to 5pm
- MUST have steeltoes
Responsibilities
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements and update stock records accurately.
- Assist with order picking and packing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments, preparing documentation, and coordinating with carriers.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular stock counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Support warehouse distribution processes by loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and prepare shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment.
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
Skills
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures within a distribution or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing and inventory stocking.
- Experience with warehouse distribution operations and warehouse experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
