Job Summary

Walmart is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry & Support Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining critical data while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in Walmarts internal systems.

  • Assist in processing orders, invoices, and other operational documents.

  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, ensuring quality and accuracy.

  • Provide remote administrative support to internal departments.

  • Respond to email inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless operational processes.

  • Generate and submit daily/weekly reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM preferred).

  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.

  • Freshers with good computer skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in a remote work environment will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule with part-time and full-time options.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may vary by location).

  • Occasional weekend or evening support may be required based on project deadlines.
