Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly handle customer queries and issues with professionalism.
  • Direct customers to relevant product and service pages, and communicate details about ongoing sales and special deals.

Position Requirements:

  • You must have consistent availability of a dependable computer, mobile device, or tablet.
  • A consistent, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
  • Solid command of written English communication is expected.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates are individuals starting out in customer interaction roles or live messaging support.
  • Full onboarding and support will be delivered, meaning background in chat-based customer assistance is not a prerequisite.
