You will be part of a team of unique experts focused against understanding how and why our clients license solutions from NIQ to translate into value and commitment via a contract. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop recommendations and strategies for a deal including solutions, pricing, and terms to address current and future needs. You will collaborate with various internal partners to align and negotiate the appropriate approach supporting the revenue function of our organization. In this role you will be critical to ensure our offers are accurate, timely and best represent the strategy developed. <br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities <br><br></strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan renewal opportunities in advance year to year to set goal and objectives. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assess and track client health to formulate an objective assessment of risks and opportunities. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop the renewal strategy for US manufacturing clients. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Clear and concise communication skills to effectively engage with senior leaders. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead the analysis and preparation of contract Renewals and Competitive Request for Proposals (RFP). <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coach and consult internal teams regarding the generation of the deal regarding solutions, incentives, and terms. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to align the strategy. <br><br></p></li><li><p>Effectively challenge and influence internal teams. <br><br></p></li><li><p>Understand NIQ’s corporate strategy to aid in the process and proposed solutions. <br><br></p></li><li><p>Partners with account leads to develop win themes aligning client priorities to NIQ. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Review and interpret contract terms and conditions. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Negotiate agreements with clients and other stakeholders. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure that contracts comply with requirements. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with legal and finance teams to develop contract terms. <br><br></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain relationships with clients. <br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>A little bit about you <br><br></strong></p><p>Do you have the necessary skill set to be successful in this role? <br><br></p><p>Are you someone that not only manages in the present but also plans the future? Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
