Urgent Hiring - Warehouse Lead
Job Summary
Kelly Rentals is looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. As the lead, you will set the standard for efficiency, organization, and safety while guiding the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the warehouse shift team, setting an example in productivity, organization, and adherence to Kelly Rentals standards.
- Prepare and check items for upcoming orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Inspect returned items for damage and correct counts.
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse alongside the warehouse team.
- Help improve warehouse processes and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to lead a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify damaged items and correct counts.
- Able to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Warehouse management system: 1 year (Required)
